All our rooms are different in size and style!
Suite, double or single room - depending on your individual preferences and financial budget, we will certainly find the right room for you.

Certainly you can book every categorie for single or double occupancy.
All our rooms are "non smoking rooms".
All our rooms are equipped with private bathroom with either bathtub or shower and WC, telephone, satellite-TV, radio, minibar and hairdryer, 220 V, shaving mirror, coat hangers, feather pillows. WLAN free of charge. All our rooms are custumized.

STANDARD CLASS


Our standard rooms - either with bathtube or shower/WC - have a room size of about 16 sqm.
Our standard rooms have a size of approx. 16 sqm according to DEHOGA and beds with at least 160cm x 200cm. Most of them are located towards the Bahnhofsplatz (partly with a view to the Festspielhaus) - some to the station. However these rooms have 'soundproof windows'.

COMFORT CLASS

All our comfort rooms are about 18 to 25 sqm. The beds all have a minimum size of 160cm x 200cm.

Our deluxe rooms have a modern furnishing and a size of about 34 sqm. Our deluxe rooms are modernly furnished and have a size of about 34 square meters with a bed size of 200cm x 200cm.
