STANDARD CLASS
Our standard rooms - either with bathtube or shower/WC - have a room size of about 18 sqm.
Most of them are located towards the Bahnhofsplatz (partly with a view to the Festspielhaus) - some to the station. However these rooms have 'soundproof windows'.

Certainly you can book every categorie for single or double occupancy.
All our rooms are "non smoking rooms".
All our rooms are equipped with private bathroom with either bathtub or shower and WC, telephone, satellite-TV, radio, minibar and hairdryer, 220 V, shaving mirror, coat hangers, feather pillows. WLAN free of charge.
All our rooms are custumized.
